CHECOD supported the National Institute for Cancer Research and Treatment (NICRAT) planning unit in strengthening their capacity on the Health Sector Strategic Blueprint (HSSB), Annual Operational Plan (AOP), and Quarterly Review Tool.
Through interactive sessions, our team delivered a comprehensive breakdown of the HSSB as a key presidential reform, and demonstrated how the Annual Operational Plan (AOP) can facilitate effective planning and measurable progress in reducing the incidence and prevalence of cancer in Nigeria.
