Our team at the Center for Health Economics and Development (CHECOD Africa) was pleased to provide technical support to the Department of Health Planning, Research and Statistics (DHPRS), FMoH &SW Nigeria, for a 5-day capacity-building workshop on development of annual operational plans held from May 12th to 16th.
The intensive training was designed to enhance the skills of DHPRS staff on:
- Annual Operational Plan (AOP) development including SITAN and linkage with the health sector strategic blueprint
- Budgeting processes
- Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of health programs
