2026 AOP Development Workshop for HIV, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (ATM) Programs
From October 27–31, 2025, CHECOD, with funding from the Global Fund and in collaboration with IHVN, supported FMOH&SW to develop the 2026 Annual Operational Plans (AOPs) for HIV, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (ATM) programs, with representatives from NMEP, NASCP, NTBLCP, and NACA.
The workshop strengthened participants’ understanding of operational planning, guided by the Health Sector Strategic Blueprint framework. Teams developed SMART, costed activities informed by Situation Analyses (SITAN) and utilized the web-based AOP tool to plan integrated interventions across ATM programs.
This collaborative effort reaffirms our commitment to evidence-based planning, resource optimization, and integrated health programming toward ending HIV, TB, and Malaria in Nigeria.
