CHECOD through FCDO Lafiya supported the 2026 review of Local Government Area (LGA) Annual Operational Plan (AOP) and Health Facility Plan across all 44 LGAs for the Kano State Primary Health Care Management Board, to strengthen evidence-based planning.
The technical workshop focused on reviewing the 2026 AOP SITAN for all LGA Primary Health Care (PHC) Departments, the Health Facility Plan SITAN, assessing operational activities, ingredient-based costing, and resource mapping for all 2026 LGA AOPs.
CHECOD remains committed to supporting and strengthening evidence-driven planning and coordination processes that enhance PHC delivery and contribute to sustainable health outcomes.
